Sumy has no airport so you can get to our town by bus, by mini-bus, by train and by taxi. Usually you arrive to Ukraine to Borispol airport in Kiev or Kharkov airport. If you are a skilled traveler you can go to Sumy by train or by mini-bus (bus) and in this way to save your money. But if you are not sure being a stranger in our country and not talking a single word in Russian we would recommend you to go to Sumy by taxi. It also makes checking into your apartment much easier if you order a transfer directly from us.
We provide our clients with picking you/drop off service from airports and railway (bus) stations. We guarantee you safety and low cost transportation. Our drivers are experienced and professional. The have cell phones and are constantly connected with the responsible person of our agency.
The cost of our services:
from /to Borispol airport (Kiev) - 100$;
from/to Kiev (center) - $120;
from /to Kharkov (airport, railway station) - 70$;
from/to Poltava - 70$;
Sumy (pick up and drop off) - $15 (for clients who rent our apartments – FREE).
If you order only transportation from us (without renting our apartments) we require 100% prepayment for this service.
Our Transfer terms
Airport pickup
The driver will wait for free up to 1 hour. If wait is more than 1 hour, for each additional hour 10 USD will be charged.
Train Station pickup
The driver will wait for free up to 1 hour. If wait is more than 1 hour, for each additional hour will be charged.
Pick up from Apartment or Hotel
The driver will wait for free up to 30 minutes. If wait is more than 30 minutes, for each additional hour 10 USD will be charged.
The driver will wait up to 2 hours. If the client does appear within this time frame or does not for any other reasons use the ordered transfer services at the time specified in the order, the order will be considered fulfilled and no refund will be available. Cancellation of transportation must be advised not less than 3 working days before the date of execution.
